Neighbourhood Concepts Non-Profit Corporation is a Toronto based resource group that brings together experienced consultants and project managers with a background in development and communications to support the creation of affordable housing and provide general assistance to non-profit organizations.

Affordable Home Ownership
Neighbourhood Concepts is an affiliate of Options for Homes and develops affordable condos using the Options model. Our projects are financed by Home Ownership Alternatives.

Our architects, HCA, are an award-winning midsize firm with twenty years in practice.  The firm employs a team of over a dozen architects and designers with a vast range of design experience and has executed a multitude of projects such as community centres, churches, high-rise residential buildings, hotels and spas.

We have paired HCA’s design with Lomax Realty Development Group, our builder. With decades of combined experience in Project and Construction Management, Lomax is in the forefront of the construction industry. A quality builder since 1987, they have been responsible for the construction of over 40 commercial and residential developments, successfully managing over $500 million in construction projects.
